ShahZam ran the meta for the first year of Valorant without a coach, only fell off because it took them too long to hire one, they hired someone with no experience, and they couldnt work together to figure it out. If they had a Chet or a Sykko I dont think SEN would have seen the falloff that they did (also some credit to his shitty victim attitude though)
hazed made that dogshit TSM roster look like an international contender before it blew up, gets dropped, goes to NRG and makes them a title contender as well with all new players
POISED took Dicey (which 100T dropped because he was a "Jett one trick") and got this roster from T2 to one of the best teams in NA while working around his players strengths
Vanity took 2 separate rosters to LAN, and specifically with C9 made sure that they were never out until the map was over. His stratbook doesnt run out and he keeps the team coordinated for the whole map without even having a hard carry on either roster.

I’m not entirely sold on POISED, ShahZam Laz, dephh or hazed seeing as poised and hazed have never made LAN, Laz’s ZETA only made 1 good run then fell off hard,I don’t think your ranking on XSET is very accurate either seeing as their best achievement is 6th and that dephh is only IGL on attacking side, and I felt like outside of LCQ, ShahZam’s IGLing was pretty 1 dimensional.

NA is an overall stronger region. EMEA/APAC outside of top 1 from each could lose to any T1 NA team depending on the day. Hazed and POISED not making LAN is not a skill or team issue, its a seed issue.

He's not coping, Gambit played quals with 60-70 ping from home when they lost org support, it would have been different from Gambit bootcamp where they have 20 ping, individually they are all still quite good and it shows on eu ranked leaderboards
