kills were probably more impactful. the rating system takes into account whether you win a round, multikill, or get kills with a weaker buy (eco kill vs a full buy). Its like that v1c's kills resulted in more successful round wins. + he probably picked up a few unfavoured kills as well. v1c also has 2 3ks and a 5k, while moose only has 2ks, which would boost his multifrag conversion a bit.

first round Lockin results are meaningless Liquid lost to fucking TS and Mibr lost to Talon. Plus im not even talking about FPX. Kone, ASE fuckit even Weibo and RNG are probably better than FPX on a good day

Hooxi mechanically is one of the worst in CS, but he is the IGL of arguably the highest firepower team in csgo right now.
despite being at the absolute bottom of the scoreboard in every game, he led G2 to win multiple tournaments and get a record 21 game winstreak, simply because his incredible IGLing is enough to make up for his poor mechanics.

HooXi is the best caller in CS:GO right now. G2 can literally win tournaments 4v5 because they have 4 of the best players in cs history and the best caller on the server, even if Hooxi is botting out.

not only is SEN's firepower nowhere near jks, Monesy, NiKo and hunter, I definitely wouldn't say dephh is the best caller in Valorant. Far from it.
