Which was more dominant and why?
gambit dropped 1, and got the first 13-0 at an international no against my g2 D: ?
SEN iceland run was obviously more dominant since they didn't lose a map, but the competition was also way worse.
i personally agree with u but they dropped 1? i understand if m3c dropped 3 or 4. then its obv. but like u said competition was way better at berlin than iceland so pretty sure if we throw M3C at iceland when sen won they win it all as well without dropping a map?
Acend Champions run > both
won without losing a series and the competition was way higher
SEN beat every team without dropping a map, thats a more dominant run then what acend did.
the competition was way worse
the only S tier team Sentinels beat was Fnatic
competition doesn't matter in terms off dominance.
The Bill Russell Celtics would obviously get destroyed today, but they are still considered the most dominant NBA team of all time.
with all due respect if you playing agiainst farmers and u go 82-0 in the nba i think that's less of an achievement than 73-9 vs lebron and some of the modern day greats.. but thats just me. to say competition dont matter is bogus.
That's legit the dumbest thing I've ever heard, I guess the Golden State warriors will never be considered dominant in 50 years because future humans would consider them milkmen.
and yet Wilt Chamberlain is still considered the most dominant player of all time
How does it matter? They beat the best teams of their times with utter dominance. Its not like sen were from the future and were therefore stronger than the rest of competition
sen was playing against farmers tho, no offense to the other regions at the time, but the only comp was fnc in GF and those were extremely close telling a diff story than what a 3-0 usually says
that doesn't matter, as I said before the Bill Russell Celtics are considred the most dominant NBA team of all time even if they played against milkmen.
didnt they nearly lose there rematch with vivo keyd after the cam exploit and acend had a 12 point lead and nearly lost
Fnatic was a lot closer to beat them actually
acend vs vk was only 13-10 lmao couldve been much closer
yeah vs 100t in group stages. but formats were different. sen only came in and played a playoff bracket. m3c came in to groups + playoffs
simply put Sentinels since they didnt drop a single map, let alone a series but i guess you can also take into consideration how close games were? especially the grand finals, although it was a 3-0 all the maps against Fnatic were super close but Gambit completely wiped NV/Optic + gambit first international 13-0. both dominant in their own ways imo
they didn't completely wipe NV?
it was only an 8 round differential between gambit and NV legit 2 more rounds then FNC vs SEN.
the last 2 maps felt pretty 1 sided, regardless of the score line. its the most dominant GF at a major event, maybe im biased though
no? gambit threw a lot of rounds in the earlier maps but in the end NV just looked a lot more lost, especially on the last map. nothing wrong with that though theyre still a great team i mean they just won a masters lol
"the last 2 maps felt pretty 1 sided"
"felt"
felt: past and past participle of feel.
according to the game???? watch it instead of complaining on forums that im mis using a word damn
according to the game where there was only an 8 round differential between all 3 maps? only 2 more maps then SEN vs FNC?
"the last 2 maps felt pretty 1 sided, regardless of the score line."
"maybe im biased though"
you even admit at the possibility of being biased.
Ok that was definitely not based on feelings lol, if you watched the match you'd know how dominant gambit were in finals. Redgar literally picked reyna based off a twitter poll on a map they never ever play and they still won rushing a site every round. Even the yay clutch in their facecams everyone was chilling and laughing. Next map was pretty much the same, easily the most dominant lan finals till now
felt the same to me gambit throw so many rounds to just smile and win the next 4 rounds
threw 1v4 vs yay and redgar just laughing next round redgar hold W
Sentinels. Not about who is better now (def M3C) but Sentinels were just so far ahead at the time. Not only did they win the tournament, no maps dropped but they carried this after tournament to qualify for berlin once again in dominant fashion. At Berlin, the commentators were constantly bigging up SEN. At champions it was the case for M3C, but not to the degree as this. Sentinels was basically the NIP of Valorant, I doubt a run like this will happen again. (GMB faced pretty good opposition in EU I would argue)
im pretty sure he is using like 5 million alt accounts just to upvote himself xd
I'm pretty sure NA lives rent free in your brain you sad pathetic clown. It's funny how hard you were fanboying over Loud because you didn't want OpTic to win KEKW pathetic mf.
Gambit ofc
Back when SEN were something there was no competition, teams lacked salaries
Winning in Berlim even losing series > Winning everything in 2020 13-0 every map
i see trembolona, i downfrag
m3c are better now, but you can’t deny sentinels we’re more dominant back then
