No, winning masters 3 gave +1 spot in Champions. But that was a masters 3 thing that as far as I know doesn’t apply neither here or the next masters. They have removed that this year, we know since the champs spots are already defined and you can’t just add an extra one

What does happen is that with only 2 masters the winner gets enough points to be almost guaranteed to qualify, but that doesn’t earn an extra spot for the region

Obviously Riot doesnt arrange the numbers by last recent tournaments (at least they didnt so far) For ex. when Br didnt even got out of groups in Champs, their slot didnt reduced on contrary they increased the slot for them, Jp slot decreased by 1 after 2 unsuccesful tourn. Emea slots didnt increased remain same even tough good results. So i think they will arrange it in a way that ratios stay same for each region
