If anyone wants to play cypher on Icebox they can do it. If you don't want to play with them you can basically wait for everyone to pick their agent and lock after them. You can dodge anytime if someone locks cypher.
I also don't think cypher is the sentinel everyone should play on Icebox. I would rather play Chamber or Killjoy. Sage is a must on Icebox.
Yea I'll probably dodge next time someone locks cypher on icebox but idk why you'd even play cypher tho, chamber is clearly the best sentinel to play on icebox cypher just doesn't make sense on this map
Gambit played Cypher on Icebox back in Masters 1 and they were the best Icebox team then
talking about the meta last year man,no team uses cypher on icebox anymore
Even then it was rare, usually kj would be the go-to sentinel or just no sentinel

I'm very low elo but I played cypher in icebox the other day and I thought he was pretty good. I hate kj because of her range, I can't leave the site with her. Sage may be a must on icebox but her walls on defence aren't that great to be honest. I can't op well so I don't play chamber.
I do play sage a lot on every map apart from breeze, and icebox is her worst map in defence walls in my opinion.
just practice operator and abuse chamber the best character on game if u are platinum u can be diamond very easily believe me
