I recently barely passed my driving test and things have been hard. I sometimes drive 20mph in a 40mph zone because safety matters first. I'd rather go very slow and steady right now thna fast and unsteady

honestly idrc but considering how crazy some drivers can be in the US, i would advise getting a student/new driver sticker for the back of your car
driving far below the speed limit will make conditions more dangerous for you rather than less. drive the speed limit!

You know its actually pretty dangerous to drive significantly under the speed limit right? It could also end up getting you a ticket if a cop see's it, and then he'll discover your fent stash and you'll go to prison for a long time, so its best just to drive at the speed limit.
