How do you wear headphones? I either wear them with the legs atop the muffs and it looks dumb or on my ears and the muffs pushes the legs into my head n gives me a headache

ur glasses or headphone prob suck, I dont have any issues with my headphones while wearing glasses
Do your glasses the ones with the thick plastic legs or more slim metal ones? My headphones are in the smaller size so that could be a factor as well
thick plastic legs, ofc if ur headphone is too small for ur ears well its the issue
it's also probably an ear shape thing, my ears go outwards so headphones squish them against the glass frame
I know Tenz uses iems and zekken would wear contacts. I was hoping it was just a beginner glasses user mistake or a wait till it stops method since the bridge of my nose was hurting when I wore my glasses for too long at the start
i just put them on normally
although i do have nice headphones so that could be a factor
