i really don't get how is it a bad thing. Most of the tier 2 teams have a solid duelist who can shoot and that sometimes outperforms tactics.
Its just like some radiant pro (i cant recall name) said, its so hard to play in plat because they just do random shit and don't do what they expect them to do.
