I did see someone on reddit say that their partner struggled with long COVID and doctors couldn't really help them as it was so specialized... maybe Leo went through a similar experience. I think there is more nuance behind just being a right wing lunatic.
That being said, the implications of the tweet combined with his recent comments on GC and his Tate history do not paint a very flattering picture.

i hesitate to do it too; i've seen plenty of neighbors (i live in the us), and I think that often people don't strictly fall into boxes in terms of the alignment. However, Leo fits in about 95% of the box. He was in ardiis's stream being blatantly misogynistic (and it's not like a trans woman issue, which is a whole debate and all, it's just misogyny), supporting two r*pists/traffickers, and more

How do you know it’s false information about the origin of the virus? There is no Study that confirms covid origin so it possible that the Virus came from a lab and its also possible that the virus developed naturally

So it's not really antivax based on what it says, but rather what it omits. Basically, they don't mention the vaccines because the findings don't support the belief of covid conspiracy theorists that the vaccine was bad. The document attached in the link has a huuuge section about the vaccine, both the good and bad, saying that it was a massive success and that the vaccine was largely safe although there could have been a little more transparency by the US government. Instead of saying that the vaccine was safe and the fast-tracking of the vaccine was successful, the page completely omits any mention of the vaccine at all. It's not blatantly antivax, but it's purposefully omitting mention of the vaccine because it doesn't support their views
