beating the current geometry dash top 1 (society) is much more impressive and a bigger achievement than winning the world cup. how many people have beaten society? the answer is ONE. and that is wpopoff who is the verifier. NO ONE ELSE HAS BEATEN SOCIETY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. guess how many people beat the 2nd hardest level in the game? TWO. zoink and wpopoff. guess how many people won the world cup? HUNDREDS. its not even in the same ballpark. i dont know why yall here care so much about some mickey mouse kickball but dont care about doggie verifying grief. it simply makes no sense? its clear who is more talented but i guess most people arent ready to have this conversation yet. world cup players could spend 3 years grinding society and still wouldnt even come close to beating it other than naymar because he plays cs and has some actual talent. objectively geometry dash takes more skill and talent than winning the world cup.

  1. Introduction and Methodological FrameworkThe core proposition under consideration involves a quantitative and qualitative assessment regarding the relative human achievement index of executing a precise sequence of binary inputs within a two-dimensional grid-based software application—specifically the custom configuration designated as "Society" within Geometry Dash—juxtaposed against the multi-stage, multi-jurisdictional athletic elimination tournament organized by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, colloquially known as the FIFA World Cup.To properly evaluate these two distinct domains of human endeavor, one must look past the superficial elements of public enthusiasm and instead analyze the granular mechanical requirements, logistical constraints, and statistical distributions of probability governing each activity.2. Mechanical Parameters of Discrete Spatial Trajectory ManipulationWhen an operator engages with a high-manifestation obstacle course within a digital environment utilizing a proprietary physics engine, the fundamental metric of performance is the successful navigation of a user-controlled icon across a linear timeline. This process requires a rigid adherence to specific input windows measured in milliseconds ($ms$).The Physics of the Input Device: The physical act requires the depressing of a microswitch, typically housed within a computer mouse, keyboard, or specialized keypad. This microswitch operates via a metallic leaf spring mechanism. When a force exceeding the actuation threshold (measured in grams-force) is applied, an electrical circuit closes.Frame Alignment and Polling Rates: The system's capacity to register this event is structurally limited by the hardware's polling rate (frequently 1000 Hz) and the software's frame rendering rate. In high-tier configurations utilizing frame-bypass modifications, the positional state of the icon is calculated across hundreds of discrete intervals per second.Muscular Recruitment: The physiological exertion is localized almost exclusively to the extensor digitorum and flexor digitorum superficialis muscles of the primary forearm. The metabolic cost of this activity is exceptionally low, measured in minimal caloric expenditures per hour, though the neural fatigue associated with repetitive motor pathway firing remains high. The specific level referenced, "Society," represents a highly dense distribution of these required input windows, where a single structural deviation of less than sixteen milliseconds results in an instantaneous termination of the attempt, requiring a complete reset of the timeline state to zero.3. Logistical and Kinetic Variables of Macro-Scale Turf TournamentsConversely, the international athletic tournament requires the coordination of twenty-two individual human subjects operating simultaneously within a physical space measuring approximately 105 by 68 meters. The objective involves the redirection of a spherical projectile composed of synthetic leather layers and a polyurethane bladder.Environmental Friction and Aerodynamics: Unlike the deterministic physics environment of digital software, the physical tournament is subjected to unpredictable fluid dynamics, wind velocity variables, ambient humidity, and the kinetic friction coefficient of the natural or hybrid grass turf. The turf must be cut to a precise height, typically between 25 and 28 millimeters, and watered uniformly to standardize ball roll.Cardiovascular and Biomechanical Expenditure: An individual actor within this environment covers an average distance of 10 to 13 kilometers over a standard 90-minute operational window. This demands prolonged aerobic and anaerobic metabolic pathways, utilizing high-velocity motor units across the entire musculoskeletal system, particularly the quadriceps femoris, hamstrings, and gastrocnemius.Strategic Probability Matrices: The number of potential positional permutations of eleven opposing players acting in fluid, non-grid-based space approaches infinity. The tactical choices are governed not by a fixed memory sequence, but by dynamic real-time game theory, requiring continuous cognitive scanning, spatial awareness, and interpersonal communication.

based on a narrow skillscope of “reaction time, rhythm, muscle memory, pattern memorization, and constant grinding” then I mean, sure.
I don’t even play the game btw, just what i observed by searching this society clip on youtube cause it did sound impressive from what you said

eh, arguable.
my point is multiplayers games have variables since you have human opponents so theres more factors to take into account constantly
reading opponents at certain scenarios and scores is an underrated skill that people usually ignore
singleplayer, sure it can be hardasf or almost impossible to clear depending on the game, but it’s deadass fixed.

This is a biased way of looking at it. Don't compare the number of people who've accomplished one thing vs. another... compare the ratios of people who've accomplished the thing vs. people who've tried

It's more percentage. Billions of people watch the world cup [Just look at the viewership] and yet a couple hundred of people have ever won the wc.

Gd has about 65k active players daily so beating society is rare, but based off percentage it is nowhere near than how rare it is for a person winning the world cup.

"billions" the glorious country of china doesnt participate in such mickey sports and india is not good enough to be relevant. and the us doesnt care about "soccer". thats like 80% of the worlds population that doesnt care.
