I was more trying to say that rit0 can't really ban a someone from playing the game for something they did outside of the game, like they can blacklist them from playing competitively, but can't actually stop them from playing the game no matter how much of a piece of shit Sick is or how guilty or innocent sintraa is.

Riot hardware banned Cane because of TOS breach, bad things he said in their game. Correct me if I'm wrong, but even if he wasn't on Envy, he still would've been hardware banned.
Just checked and his official reason for being banned was: "Repeated disruptive player behavior and breaking the Terms of Service."
Because being a ped doesn't break Riot TOS. If it were up to me he'd be banned from the internet, but things don't go that way. Riot games aren't the judge, jury and executioner of anyone.
