anyone know if u can/how to?

posted 3 weeks ago

true, i forgot zekken also played neon on xset but i comp i was thinking of was more like geng when watching them they would have one op and switch around and that threw the attacker off a lot however with geng playing it it would be a lot easier to anti strat, with the comp you said it would be a complete suprise to anyone

posted 3 weeks ago

Team Heretics is a younger and newer team, maybe as of right now NRG can go further but in the long term i think TH has a higher ceiling

posted 3 weeks ago

i didnt

(nvm i did, i meant controller)

posted 3 weeks ago

not much to say abt because of sub however i think they have the MOST potential out if every team in the world, they literally took the world champions to a close asf 3 map series

and their sub player lowkey threw, just wait for everyone to be there HOWEVER i don’t think they make Shanghi because it has already been said miniboo wont play some weaks due to exams in school and he is there best players but well see

they guys should he proud of what they’ve accomplished, benjyfishy is a promising sentinels, miniboo already possibly 2nd best duelist in emea? the entire team is looking good going into ema split 1

posted 3 weeks ago

They performed surprisingly well even with a new player

if they want to win though they NEED to lean into somethings duelist, monyet just doesnt cut it, he is fine on double duelist roles but he should stick to main omen role and keep mindfreak on secondary controller. also get alecks an assistant coach to take some load off of him.

prx are good but they also need to work on certian maps mainly like ascent, lotus, split

ascent - put something on jett, wasting his talent on gecko or just do the same comp from last year with reyna
lotus - switch cypher for kj, cypher was getting abused against sentinels because they would such satchel over them to site
split - keep a consistent team comp, they changed it every game in madridz

they came close but some small little things held them back

australians are curses, just look at elmapuddy

posted 3 weeks ago

during americas they should experiment more, especially on breeze and ascent, they shouldn’t have to worry abt points seeing as they already have 6 more than everyone else in region

in the offseason they definitely worked on the average comp probably because they were scared to experiment due to previous results, now is the perfect time especially since teams have so much data on them, they can switch it up

they should also play clove immediately and put tenz on that shi, perfect agent for tenz and sentinels because tenz plays like duelist and the agent is good for slow methodical approach to the game which sentinels does

they should also switch their breeze comp around, tenz —> yoru, zellsis —> kayo, johnqt —> viper, having 2 duelists is really impactful especially if u have both of them swapping op like geng does because it causes so much confusion to opps, plus tenz hasnt been playing well on kayo, zellsis is better on that role

on ascent they should try prx’s comp but during americas it will probably be a perma ban

posted 3 weeks ago

ur probably right its prob just recency bias aswell as the previous 2 grand finals being kinda ass

posted 3 weeks ago

FNC vs LOUD was good cos of final map but take that away it wasn’t that entertaining, all the games ended in a somewhat comfortable lead

but that final match was something else and that is why i said close second

posted 3 weeks ago

my sleep schedule been shit with these games so im used to it woke up at 3am to watch all the games

shits messed up cos i got school too luckily shanghi and seoul are similar time zones

posted 3 weeks ago

fnc and loud was only good for final map, the others weren’t necessary close
loud vs optic loud shit on them it wasnt close
fpx vs prx like i said close third imo

posted 3 weeks ago

idc what anyone says this was the best one yet

u had the best team in early valorant and most well known against a korean team who looked to bring apac their first trophy both teams were not expected to even make it out kickoff but they defied odds and made it to finals

aswell as it being a 3-2 game with all the games feeling close and sentinels managing to win despite having their two best maps vetod

fnatic and loud close second
prx and fpx third

posted 3 weeks ago

chinese-russin super team?a

what about the america-euro-east/southeastasia super team?

posted 3 weeks ago

when u down 2-1 in a series in a grand final u gotta be shakey asf same with geng being up and only needing won to close the game

posted 3 weeks ago

karon, zekken, benjyfishy, something, forsaken

posted 3 weeks ago

remove ascent and breeze for fracture and pearl please

posted 3 weeks ago

replace karon with johnqt

posted 3 weeks ago

well in todays meta where double controller is used a lot then i think it would get good value

posted 3 weeks ago

there is also better reyna heal and the decay which matched with molly lineups would be very useful

posted 3 weeks ago

the line ups are going to be crazy, i can imagine on b site, you decay it with sova darts

posted 3 weeks ago

yeah their decay and overheal for sure and maybe their smokes when dead, they can reduce the range it has

posted 3 weeks ago

iso didnt look that op imo, same with deadlock, gekko did look good but wasnt utilized until now this agent seems to fit how many players are switching from the duelist role to the smokes role aswell

posted 3 weeks ago

their abilties seem op asf, u can peak everything if u kill them u can heal, if u die u can use ult or still use smokes after death

players like tenz, demon1, etc will definetly captalize on this

posted 3 weeks ago

it makes sense europe wont be a valorant region because they mainly play cs too

if majority of ur population are mostly playing a different game it will also take a lot longer to develop

I think china will one of the best regions with apac being there but i dont think they will have crazy success kinda like what they are now

posted 3 weeks ago

fnatic was crazy good but the reason for so little loses is because they were also in emea league which was one of the worst regions

posted 3 weeks ago

there were plenty of games where one round decided it, pretty much every game sentinels played besides games on split were close asf

posted 3 weeks ago

would break 2 mil viewership plus the crowd would be crazy cuz seoul

posted 3 weeks ago

zekken would have never been picked up by sentinels

2022

did nothing in 2022 getting shit on by tier 7 teams, TenZ and friends getting called washed

2023

Signed the champion winner sacy and chamipn mvp pancada aswell as promising duo dephh and zekken after Andrew Tate made G2 got get franchising keeping TenZ

Lock/IN - Predicted to be one of the best teams, swept in the first round

Americas - Expected to at least make a LAN, due to issues didn't perform well, getting clowned the entire league due to the amount of roster changes

LCQ - Scrim leaks said they were the best team, elimated

2024

Signed igl JohnQT who lost to The Guard on M80 to go to franchsising aswell as picking up 6th man Zellsis

Off season - 1 week after LCQ they begin practice again for 6 months

Sentinels Invitational - Won it against T2 teams but a couple days before lost to some T2 teams

AfreecaTV - Won it beating some of the best teams in the world showing what they can do, during this time pAncada got sick and Zellsis stepped in showing how good he is and TenZ moved to the controller/omen role

KickOff - controversially moves Zellsis to main roster in place of pAncada aswell and are expected to do well but are in the group of death

Get swept by LOUD in 2 close games
Beats 100T in a 2-1 win
Beats LEV in a 2-1 win, expected to lose
In the Playins 2-0 beat MIBR then lost 2-1 to G2 but qualifed to single elim playoffs
Beat NRG in a close 2-1 game which they were expected to lose
beat LOUD 3-2

Madrid

placed against TH and won in a super close 2-1 win
Against KC who were looked upon by some to be the best team in the world, and expected to win lost to SEN 2-0

in playoffs beat LOUD
then they lost to GenG in convincing fashion
PRX expected to win lost 3-1

Grand Finals
GenG had both map bans aswell as first map pick expected to easily win
Sentinels brought it to map 5 and easilt won icebox winning their second trophy

Sacy becomes first player to win Champions and Masters
TenZ first player to win 2 masters in Americas
JohnQT rookie won, first trophy for Africa

G2 beat Sentinels meaning they are the world's best

and NET is the goat

posted 3 weeks ago

lmaoooo

posted 3 weeks ago

same commentators and zekken too

posted 3 weeks ago

sacy is 50/50 either plays ass or realy good and a clutch god

posted 3 weeks ago

he should play either yoru or viper but apparently in scrims his viper was horrible

if yoru, zellsis moves to kayo and johnqt moves to viper

if viper zellsis moves to kayo

posted 3 weeks ago

Monyet had higher stats

idk why they would have nothing to lose and the only reason people may have had them not doing good is because they lost to geng and no one knew how good they were and now look at them

posted 3 weeks ago

it is the biggest game of the tournament i doubt they gamble that pick

posted 3 weeks ago

both icebox games were close, GenG has also lost icebox to EDG and Bind is 50/50 because GenG haven’t played it in Madrid yet and Sentinels looked good on it

posted 3 weeks ago

yeah i didnt realise how good geng were on ascent

posted 3 weeks ago

i messed up on my ascent prediction geng 100% win that but icebox idk i think it can go either way, bind we havent seen from geng in madrid and split idk

posted 3 weeks ago

Tokyo is much more impressive, having something not play who was a big factor to them coming back in the second half of the season not play, forcing f0rsakeN back onto the duelist role after being the best flex in the world and then playing with a sub who wasn’t even a pro player but a content creator

Madrid they played well but they also came second place in champs and had a downgrade to monyet who was GE best player last year so it wasn’t really unexpected they came top 3.

They just need to realise Monyet is not jinggg and still have plenty of time to build the team up

posted 3 weeks ago

GenG most likely ban Lotus and Sunset - Sunset has been perma ban and they ban Lotus as not to give Sentinels a chance to have 1 game

GenG 100% win ascent and breeze no doubt

Split GenG are likely to win unless Sentinels fix it up

Bind I would say Sentinels win but haven’t seen much from GenG

Icebox 60/40 GenG slightly more likely to win

honestly GenG win 3-1 however if Sentinels win it would 3-2 but unlikely seeing as GenG have at least 2 map wins with Split possibly being the 3rd

posted 3 weeks ago

the younger generation dgaf abt it but the older generation takes a lot of offense to it
