It just depends cause a great igl is hard to find and a great igl that can frag is even harder. But then again this game is heavy on rng+ timings +correct reads while these shit igl's still can have a pop off round. + U still have mostly inexperienced pro players an igl makes a plan and helps set up plays so basically to make everyone's job in game easier. So an in game leader is the voice of logic and calm when needed the voice that should clear doubts.
