I wouldnt call them inconsistent, ever since they added zeek they have been consistently top3 emea they just struggled to adapt to LAN play which is something natural for a team consisting of 5 young players with no tier1 international lans tac fps experience, not every team is as ice cold as gambit, you can see this happening in csgo aswell, gambit cs team was consistently top3 itw online last year but on LAN they are not that good yet specially in arena with crowd. I would expect this to happen with emea teams when lan with crowds come to valorant since even if they are better than NA teams most of emea players are young and inexperienced while a big part of NA players have at least some arena experience, so who knows maybe NA has a mini era when crowds come to valorant until emea players get some experience

KRU (good team but it was literally a life run in champions, they shouldnt be able to beat fnatic and almost beat gambit), Sentinels (they just played with some balls and had better sinergy than most teams when every1 was dogshit and they were smart about just playing braindead peeking everything instead of trying to play well strategically but obviously it wasnt going to work longterm since the game became more and more complex), VS (exploitable af)
