Alt accounts/smurfs

• Crack down on accounts that frequently change hardware IDs
• Require Riot Mobile multi-factor authentication (MFA) for logins on new hardware
• Improve detection, if someone has a very sudden unusual increase in stats, their account should be flagged and reviewed.

Performance-Based RR System

• Further adjust the RR calculation so individual performance (KDA, utility usage, plants/defuses) plays a larger role in RR gain/loss, team MVPing on a losing team should make you lose less RR.

AFK/Leaver RR Mitigation

• RR mitigation when a player goes AFK/leaves
• Team will still lose RR, just significantly less (half)
• The AFK player receives significant penalties, including losing more RR (up to double) and increased penalties for repeated offenses
• If the AFK player is in a pre-made party, the party does not receive mitigation

Improved rewards

• Introduce Cash Cups in Premier (Contender+) where teams can compete for real money or VP.
• In addition to ranked buddies, every year should introduce a premium level weapon skin that evolves with you as you rank up (immortal+ will have their leaderboard # included on the skin or buddy), radianite/VP that scales with your rank, a player title (ex: V27 Radiant #67), etc.

"Avoid as a teammate" button

• Limit the amount of people you can avoid so you can't abuse it
• People who are avoided more should be investigated

Cheater refunds

• Should refund the full amount of RR lost plus some extra for time lost

Streamer mode

• Should only be available to people with linked Twitch/YouTube accounts that are currently live

Vote to timeout in ranked

• 3/5 vote to call a 30s-60s timeout in case someone crashes/has to step away shortly

General changes
Improve deathmatch/tdm/practice range/custom matches

• Players can join in mid-deathmatch, if someone leaves, their spot is held by a bot until its filled
• There is no kill limit, game ends when the timer runs out
• Better respawns
• No penalty for leaving TDM, since players can just fill in mid deathmatch
• Practice range/deathmatch while in queue
• Option to switch dummy bots to actual agent models for better visual training
• Allow bots to crouch, crouch-strafe, etc
• Lineup assist in custom games (shows where utility will land)

Cosmetics
Radianite

• Honestly, just delete it, if you pay money for a skin you should be able to use the full product not have to 'upgrade' it with some abstract in game currency

Filler bundles

• Stop dedicating time to making these, I doubt anyone legitimately buys them
• Save them for free rewards or battle passes
• Focus more time on making quality bundles, even if it means they're less frequent

More customization

• For skins that change when you inspect them (ex: RGX, Dolmir's Revenge, Bolt. Recon (rng attachments)), allow us to set the default variant. For example, if I really like the Blue RGX Vandal with white LED lights, I should be able to set that as the default color when I buy it.

Misc balance changes

• Harbor wall should not slow teammates
• Buff Miks ult
• Buff Breach/Gekko
• Rework Clove and Reyna so they're not just braindead ranked agents
• Increase bullet inaccuracy while moving/jumping across the board for all guns (except the snipers those are fine)
• Remove classic right click or at least make have to be toggled like the glock from CS2

I feel like this makes it actually easier to streamsnipe since there are only so many streamers so you can just check to see who is streaming and find the one in your game

I agree, but variants should still feel special so make it so that you have to spend 5,000 Kingdom Credits to unlock a variant - that also makes it so that there's an incentive to actually play the game consistently and care about credits once you've unlocked all agents

Please shift incentives away from ranked mode. If ranked was not highly sought out, then you would have less of a cheater problem. Hidden MMR has made visual ranks useless anyways. Top 500 isn't a reflection of personal skill, it's a reflection of who you grouped with. Which ends up just being rank manipulation anyways.

Please change the ranked matchmaking design away from the time grind where everyone has a 50-55% all-time win-rate. Over time the quality of the game has got worse because of it. It needs to revolve around skill and it's okay if bad players do poorly. EOMM discovered that players will play more when they lose, right? Stop curating esports and let the bad people be bad.

It’s Some W stuff, but they should also have a different punishment or change for AFK players in your team. Like not get -25 cuz u lost cuz of an afk(so reduced rr losses for players who don’t have the AFK Guy friended or in party at the start of the game(to combat people abusing it))

joining tdm mid game is tricky, not good idea unless there are no abilities, so maybe preferable to make two modes one classic tdm first to 100 kills wins and no ability tdm w no kill limit

also im not sure performance based rr system is the solution, any performance based system assumes great performance = great impact, u can clutch important rounds but still go negative, it's not that simple

and ur Cheater refunds one is just unrealistic

i think the changes i would want the most would be being able to go into the range or queue dm while waiting for a comp game AND a lot more tools in custom like for examples the lineups helper BUT I also want a /tp because EVEN IN GHOST MODE U'RE SO FUCKING SLOW IN THIS GAME when i want to learn lineups and have to spend 5 seconds going across the map each time i just want to punch leo faria
