Yeah but there's still a baseline they use and tbh it should be lower the grade boundaries feel like they've gotten far too high in recent years when the difficulty of papers has not gotten easier
boundaries changes minimally each year. I don’t think hoping for a lower boundary will happen bro. they too consistent
nah theyve had a huge increase in the past two years (at least in maths/FM), i think it should stay relatively sideways though as it's reaching like ~90% for an A* now so theres literally no more room to go upwards
Apparently last year's paper 2 was leaked or at least changed to be really similar to the paper 1 so maybe if that doesn't happen the boundaries for maths will be lower this year
I heard As levels got leaked last year. idk about A levels though but u usually always have leaks no matter what. There is no helping it sadly

also the ~90% for A* was what u needed when i took it
yeah it hovered around 70% from like 2017-2022 then jumped up to the high 80s from there onwards
e: and an A went from 50ish % to 70%
people knows how to do the problems better ig due to the internet, AI etc. more resources
