fnatic has alfa, and they will always have first dibs on insane rookies like kaajak.
also boaster brings the best out of those insane aimers
PRX have insane aimers and their coach is insanely good
Its a mesh of top talent, chemistry and experience. Both of em have had their core roster for a very long time making the teams a good functional system such that any talented player they pick up slots in eventually.
They've always had and maintained their own identity. Like fnatic's boaster system and the w gaming. They only take player who fit their system.

Nearest Airport the best? Gold 2 is what? nothing since Mixwell (and they were in EMEA) so shut up
Coach
IGL (depend on playstyle)
Aim
Adapt to every meta but maintain their core playstyle
Teamwork
unfortunately since pacific's group of death looks worse than what everyone thought it would be paper shit managed to get a free top 6 finish
i want to paste that one instagram gif of 'he made a statement so trash even the dog left'
big orgs lots of money poach top talent make minimal change stick to what works
fnatic is big but defo not richest
also PRX is small org (start up) before valorant happen
point is more towards their maintained success
since franchising, both orgs have barely made changes to their decision making cores, and when they did (- mini -leo ) they already had enough money/ pull to bring other proven talent on to replace
(+ Milan +crashies). Not to take away from whatever system they've already had in place though
they are literally #1 and #2 highest earning orgs in valo with pretty strong valo fanbases. Unless the org is siphoning out of their valorant team I see no reason they would be broke
Also their core isn't washed at all
Look at other team when their player suddenly washed after winning tournament but for some reason this is not happen to PRX/FNC
Their team structures just make everyone confident
If you have been one of the best itw for multiple years you start understanding that making everyone comfortable and both system just so that better than anyone else
They hahave kept the same core of players from way back (for fnatic its actually just boaster and ofc alfa aswell) prx also have kept the same coach
obviously its not a guaranteed receipt to win, but it is the reason it always works for these 2 teams in particular
There is an interview with Cojo (FNC manager) who explains how the system works. He mentioned at some point that they have a strict no assholes policy. It's probably team dynamics for them. Fundamentals are strong, dynamics are good, boaster is still a goat to make the system work (people bitch about his fragging, Sliggy rightfully said that these people are probably InstaLock Reynas in Asc who think they are better than they are), alfa / kajak can shoot, Crashis wakes up in clutches. Overall a non-asshole good dynamic system at play.
