mouse dpi help

i had a cheap ass mouse before(max 1600 dpi) and i used it at 1600
now i bought a new one, i adjusted the new dpi to 1600 asw and didnt change my sens, but now it feels way slower. before .175 felt so fast on 1600, now im on .175 on 2000 at it doesnt feel the same.

why is it happening?? help pls

so now i need to juggle all sens to get the same feeling again i think?

if it feels slower then you need to up the sensitivity but you need to play around with that until you get the same feeling again yea

.175 on 2000 felt close. ill try it now. ty.

i was just curious why it was happening lol(first time changing a mouse)

also its better to be on 1600 dpi and finding the right sensitivity instead of changing the dpi and keeping the sensitivity
because most mice will be 1600dpi

i just played some games and i was cooking on them. .17 2000dpi , idk if i should switch now? should i go to some site and convert this to 1600dpi?
