No, aim trainers train your aim more efficiently and playing valorant is obviously better for things like crosshair placement, movement, gun mechanics etc. You cant tell me valorant improves some peoples "aim" more. It might improve their valorant mechanics like peeking and stuff but not pure aim

You just have to know what you are doing, its the most efficient way to train aim. You are constantly hitting targets as opposed to searching for players in a deathmatch
