I eat 3 meals a day full nutrition but still stuck at 52kg as a male😭
As someone with the exact same "issue" as you, let's be happy for our luck. We can eat a lot and still be slim
Lowkey highjacking this thread, but if you're a teenager, you will need to be a bit patient for your metabolism to slow down. I was similar to you where I was quite skinny for my age and over time I naturally was putting on weight whilst eating the same amount, but just having a slowed metabolism. If you're 18 or above, just start exercising: I know it might seem counterintuitive, but you need to do weights as opposed to cardio. You're probably moving around a lot which contributes to cardio if your weight is not increasing on full nutrition. The weights will force a bigger appetite out of you and you will be able to eat more.

peanut butter smoothies are a good hack bc you can drink like 500-1000 calories and barely feel it

Fuck your metabolism, reduce your sleep hours, don't move all day after eating, eat calorie dense food, don't eat any low calorie food. Get them from drinks, dips, sauces, snacks, late night craving, etc.

Look into mass gainer, a high-calorie dietary supplement. It can be a little pricey but it works well.

if you're talking straight fat then just eat high calorie food often, drink soda, melt a tub of ice cream and drink it, etc. drinking calories is your best friend here.
if you want to pack on muscle then start lifting and eating in a slight caloric surplus (maybe like 200~400 calories above your TDEE) every day/every week depending on what makes you comfortable. the quality of food you eat here is important, do your own research into lean vs dirty bulking.
either way you need to be intaking in more calories than your body is burning.
How tall are you? Unless you're like anemic and shit, you should 100% lift sm weights as #15 said, even if it's like the lightest shit.

Rather than eating a shit load for some meals, but getting sick of it and slacking off every other meal, it's better to eat at a slight~ calorie surplus daily. The numbers stack up quicker than u think
it doesn't matter how many meals you eat per day, it's the calories that go in vs the calories that go out, and the two cups of milk unless it's whole milk don't count to much, just eat more at each meal or during the day, and don't eat too many vegetables and fruits that just make you feel full without substantial caloric intake, try adding olive oil to your meals which is very caloric, if you don't want the weight to be mostly fat you should also start lifting, good luck
i was in the same scenario when i had a growth spurt and my height got from 5ft to 5'11" within an year. but after 4 yrs, i did gain weight and i stopped being a skeleton. dont worry too much, eat, play sport. your body is developing rn, it will balance out.

i went from 50 kg to 70 kg in 2 years just lifting and lean bulking. i started at 2400 calories and now at 2900 im still pretty lean but might cut once i get to 77 kg or smth so just track calories and eat 100g of peanuts everyday for a easy 600 calories also make sure to drink some calories like with a protein shake for example as bulking shakes are just free calories even when you have no appetite
unless you're super active and burning tons of calories, you just ain't eating enough
