Aspas is one of the best duelist players in the world. Leo the same with initiator, etc etc. But does being the best in one role truly make you the Goat of the entire game?? Was being good at multiple roles meaningless?

2023 - alfa, leo better

didn't ask for bs stats, chron wasn't the best player on his own team how can he be the best in the world?there is something called "consistency" (he has been a great performer since 2021 and was on the best team on 3/5 years in Valorant: GMB 2021, FNC 2023, FNC 2025).
but to address ur points:
- in 2021, he was side by side with nAts (very close and Chron was the 2nd best player of 2021 behind nAts)
- in 2023, I can admit he played a bit poorly at Champs, but at Tokyo he had insane stats and at LOCK//IN, he was on spike planter duty.
- In 2024, he was great with Derke
- In 2025, (Toronto: Alfa > Chron > Kaajak, EWC: Chron > Kaajak > Alfa, Champs: Kaajak > Chron > Alfa), Chron was the best player on average for the 3 international events FNATIC played at. Clearly you're just speaking out of ur ass and did not look at the stats.

first of all, at least I have a comparison metric to use. You're just saying shit without any back-up.
second, there is a "Min # RNDS" option for the stats https://www.vlr.gg/event/stats/2283/valorant-champions-2025 (nah smoggy and johnqt werent better)
third, in my stats comparison using ratings for Aspas and Chron, I weighted each stat based off the # of rounds played in the tournament. This helps with for example the Aspas 0.53 rating (for which he only played 71 rounds) to not be counted as much as a stat like his Champs 2025 1.33 rating with 330 rounds
i am not even a aspas d-rider; i just believe putting chron at the highest place solely due to 3 trophies is bs

but, i believe alfajer is a far better goat candidate than chronicle
