Some legendaries are stubborn. I struggled to capture Rayquaza long ago with utlra balls... then again Blaziken isn't a smart choice x(

but no amoongus in fire red
i lowk just always use something that has thunder wave
my favorite is gallade that has thunder wave AND false swipe
mega gallade is also just my fav pokemon oat so it works out well
technician or poison heal breloom is better
as long as it doesnt have effect spore since you could false swipe it and then it kills itself with poison because it hit you
