All stuns and tethers now prevent the use of movement based abilities for the duration.
Shotgun pullout times greatly increased:
Judge (1s -> 2s)
Bucky (1s -> 2s)
Sentinels:
Cypher trapwire windup time decreased (0.9s -> 0.3s)
Vyse arcrose now gives info again
Veto crosscut cast time reduced (1s -> 0.75s)
Veto interceptor cast range increased (7m -> 10m)
Deadlock sound sensor now rearms after triggering
Duelists:
Iso kill contract required ult points reduced (7 -> 6)
Iso undercut duration increased (4s -> 6s)
Neon high gear now has two charges and no longer has fuel. Using a charge consumes it regardless of whether Neon slides. Neon can sprint for 6s maximum with each charge.
Jumping while using high gear will reduce your speed.
Waylay saturate windup increased (0.6s -> 0.8s)
Waylay saturate unequip time increased (0.3s -> 0.4s)

Sova recon dart cooldown reduced (60s -> 50s)
Fade haunt duration increased (1.5s -> 2s) (nerf reverted)
Fade haunt cooldown reduced (60s -> 50s)
Kayo zero/point cooldown reduced (60s -> 45s)
Breach faultline cooldown reduced (60s -> 45s)
Breach ult widened (nerf reverted)
Gekko all cooldowns reduced (20s -> 10s) (nerf reverted) (genuinely why did they do this)
Tejo guided salvo recharges with a 60s cooldown
