I think theres a few things sen could do now that they have jonahP/TenZ, and I could see all of them working.
I'm like 99.9% sure TenZ is joining this team as well because I don't see a real reason for them not to. He's pretty decent on smokes/Flex but it's mostly because he's basically a money printer. If fanboys wanna watch TenZ play out of retirement, they gotta watch sen. You want a TenZ jersey? It's a sen Jersey. When TenZ streams, He'll be repping SEN which still brings them money. The fucking OWNER HIMSELF also said that if they had the opportunity to get TenZ he'd take it. Considering the moves I've seen so far, I think TenZ is a no brainer.

Reduxx: Smokes/Yoru

Try TenZ on duelist, allowing reduxx to play secondary entry on agents like yoru or maybe waylay, then play smokes on maps where that isn't needed.
You have john who can play astra, Reduxx who's omen is Alright I guess, and maybe cortez can play Brim? Idk if this one's my favorite but it might work.

Pretty similar to #1, But TenZ is on smokes instead of Reduxx. I like this a lot better because TenZ actually looked like a pretty good smokes player when he won Madrid. Yeah he was pretty much only playing omen, but Omen was the only good dome smoker at the time so every smokes player was only playing omen with the occasional brim for bind, but even then omen was on a similar level on that map anyways. You have John who can play Astra/Viper anyways so if we don't like omen on breeze we run Double duelist with Reduxx/TenZ and John would play astra while Cortez plays viper Or vice versa I guess if you want.

Reduxx: Main Duelist
TenZ: Yoru/Flex
JohnQT: Senti/Viper(IGL)

GMD: Smokes

This one is my favorite.
You could also drop cortez, put John back on the senti role that he's proven to be good on, then grab GMD to play smokes, the guy was pretty good on TSM and although he fell off a bit on M80 I think that was mostly a roster problem rather than a GMD problem. This would force TenZ to play mostly yoru, but I think you give him a role similar to lime's on EP he'd do fine. I think he'd be pretty willing to learn some other initiators like Tejo, Breach (If he's ever relevant), Or skye. He already has a pretty functional Kay/o so I don't think this role would be too bad for him.

I think dropping Cortez is insane considering his performance on MIBR and his overall personality and vibes, I think similar to GMD’s problem when he “fell off” it’s similar to team problems once Cortez gets more comfortable on sentinels and he doesn’t have a terrible entry duelist he will be able to clutch more and aim better. As for TenZ on main smokes I don’t think that should happen as he is a very aggressive player that does take a lot of risks and Astra doesn’t enable his play style. If he were to come back to SEN he would just play Omen, Clove, and Yoru. Cortezia comes in because he use to a smoke player who can activate TenZ, for example here will be their bind comp

TenZ: Yoru
Cortezia: Brim
JohnQT: Viper
JonahP: Fade

This allows cortezia to switch to smokes when tenz plays yoru and omen. I personally think without cortezia you don’t get TenZ he is a crucial piece to this roster.

I do see the flaws with dropping cortez don't get me wrong, He's a great player and I'm not saying he's bad. I just think that if you have a good Senti/Viper like john and a great smokes player like GMD, then you don't need cortezia's weird Senti/Smoke hybrid role since you have two players who have proven to fill both of those roles better. You have John who can senti IGL and GMD who In my opinion is top 5 smokes players in NA. Sen said themselves they have the funds to get anybody they want. Cortez is great but all around I think GMD + John As the Senti/Smoke duo is just better.

Senti players also aren't as needed at the moment anyways, most of the time John will be playing viper and the occasional Astra or maybe initiator sometimes? If you have GMD, you have a great double smoke setup with GMD playing Primary smokes like Omen/Brim and John playing that astra/viper. Or if the meta shifts back to cypher/Killjoy, you have GMD for Astra/Brim and TenZ for Omen/Clove and secondary initiators. Since he can also play initiator with relative success as seen when Zekken was primary duelist in the Dephh IGL sen era, TenZ played Kay/o and I think breach? (Please correct me if I'm wrong). So his transition to an Initiator player wouldn't be too bad. They also suit his aggressive play-style more, being able to both help the team with info/Execs using his experience, but also play a bit selfishly with mollies and Flashes albeit slightly less than controller.

Unless he can really prove that it was the team holding him back. I think GMD would be an upgrade from him as a smokes player. Not that cortez is a bad player, I love the guy. I just think that GMD would be better here.

He said his reason for retiring was about the pc's and util spam IIRC. Which have been mostly fixed enough to where I think TenZ wouldn't mind it as much with the initiator util cooldowns and the existance of Veto.

Walls are slowly getting fixed with all of the patches on Corrode, the new breakable wall on haven, yeah the odin still needs attention in itself but they're going in the right direction.

Neon is actually in a pretty good spot, she's just better than jett because why have a 2, 3-second, tiny smokes when you can stun people AND have a better way of covering your entries. She needs less support.

Judge isn't broken, it's just kind of annoying on certain maps.

I do agree with outlaw though.

The only broken things in val atm are Yoru/waylay, The outlaw, and the odin ITSELF.
Most other things are in an okay spot atm.

Good doesn't mean broken, idk how some people can't understand that. Theres some reasons to buy it on a lot of maps over smgs, but it doesn't render other guns useless, There are times where you want an smg over a shotgun (Extra range, Extra Bullets, etc).

yeah it's better on those close ranged maps, but maps without as many tight corners like Breeze, Haven, Abyss, they are a lot weaker. Useable, but not essential on maps like split/Bind.
Shotguns are good, but they have enough risk with their reward.
