Ethan has been on none cuz he only wins trophies when he's at the right place, right time. Irrelevant when not (unlike Chron)

Mine was somewhat of a "baity" response. But I will say this, its all very subjective. Where you put your eggs in the basket for GOAT is not where I put mine. You put your eggs in the basket of participation trophies (bc Chron doesn't actually win many trophies). It's better than being a straight stats meister tho and saying "Aspas GOAT".
Based on how the valorant system is set up, I look at trophies, Placement, and caliber of the trophy in all of my decision making process for how good a player is considered. And it is realyly hard to deny the two champs victories, and it is almost an assuredly solidification of ethan if he pulls off this masters.
Chron is #2 prob.
