Zero Professionalism

This scene has no professionalism. Rob comes out on Tarik's stream and just airs out grievances and vents his frustrations. I agree with him that the roster moves were bad, but the fact that he doesn't have the emotional discipline to give a PR statement without airing his grievances is really sad. Also, MLEQt comes out and tweets, taking sides and saying, "It's crazy to drop Kaplan over that." Does she not understand she works for Riot and is supposed to be unbiased, even if she's right? This is like if someone working for the NBA took sides on the Warriors internal issues with Kuminga (he is traded now). Its baffling to see this level of incompetence and lack of discipline, but its also very entertaining as a fan.

crazy thing is Zekken gave a PR answer on the whole situation not blaming Kap or the org, so the fact a 20 yr old has more discipline than an experienced CEO and someone who works on the desk and is supposed to be professional is crazy

MLEQT is open to voice her opinions imo. Rob on the other hand is a busted hazelnut that keeps on bragging about how much hes involved "with the team" even tho the involvement is just toxic ash

she is open to do whatever she pleases as is rob, it unprofessional because she works for riot and when they run the league for all the orgs it is professional courtesy for riot and its staff to not take sides

VCT fans complain when an org isn't transparent but as soon as an org is transparent they still complain. Like would you rather not know any of this and just have some pr statement from the org?

i would rather know this, but it show a lack of discipline from the CEO. He should give a PR statement and stomach the criticism instead of airing everything out. as a coach or player would u want all ur mistakes to be aired out if you failed? Kaplan made awful decisions, but Rob shouldn't have aired it out. But from my perspective i would rather them be undisciplined and sloppy

so you’re saying that a coach should just avoid the responsibility of their mistakes? is that what “professionalism” is to you?
if i’m being honest robs statements were really professional. he let everyone know exactly went wrong, what their plan is to fix what went wrong, and even took responsibility for his part of the mistakes.
imo giving a vague PR answer isn’t professional, it’s just the cowardly, easy way out

you can be transparent without still completely scapegoating your coach and shitting on him on a stream, did you see the way he said it?

CEO gives the responsibility to the coach, coach fucks it, CEO cuts him immediately. Says the roster changes are bad, shit I am pretty sure all of your 3 new players are happy to hear this. It's fucking amazing how bright this pile of shit is burning
