some people just have that, frost specifically always talks like he has everything under control.
i really hated how he was complaining about the fact that he had orgs lined up to buy over the talon team. that's just not how riot does business, that is never how riot did business, and he should have known that it wasnt gonna work that way. they way he just thinks "oh let me fix this!" without consulting everyone. its just weird, and gives me a massive ick.
