Envy is just like PRX, they are getting rid of a good player for a player who they think is better even if that might not be the case. This feels more likely than sudden internal issues.

You don't replace a player one day before a match just because you think it's an upgrade. It's obvious there's something else going on.
why does everyone always try so hard to come up with a different reason than the one that is stated as the actual reason whenever a roster move happens

Because both inspire and envy haven't said anything about internal issues in their posts, those are just speculations/rumors reported by people like rocketbullets and akamaru.
why would they mention that their players are beefing? would just be a hit to babyjs stock and make it even less likely he gets bought out or signed somewhere
i guess its true that it isnt confirmed but in this situation it never would be confirmed by the org
