Funny thing is that if you actually follow RRQ since the start of the pacific league - even though it is very VERY slow - they have only ever been trending up.
Took them 1 year and Jemkin to go from the fart of pacific to making playoffs. Took them another whole year adding Kushy and crazyguy to qual to internationals.
In Toronto they bombed out, in Paris they got ONE win. If this trend keeps going they will be UNBEATABLE from 2028 and onwards 😱😨

Just don't choke man it's obvious to anyone who understands the game well that while it is close regionally RRQ is now the no.1 team in Pacific great coaching staff, have the league's best player in Jemkin, great flex in Monyet, Kushy and Xeffro are great at what they do and Crazyguy is good caller who can pull out clutches too.
there's nothing to fall for here look at last year results and it's given RRQ will go to Santiago too in all probability as first seed . Jemkin literally can win whole maps by himself against good teams its not that crazy when Kushy plays in this form they become the best team in Pacific.
they won 1 stage and came 2nd and then came 5-6th. this is not regional dominance when before this year they werent any where near winning any regionals. 2 stages of making gf is no where near enough for a team to be a regional merchant consistently like prx and drx have been.
also they have legit played 1 game so far in kickoff u cannot make any conclusions whatso ever

Ever since Crazyguy joined RRQ as IGL RRQ won 1 stage, Runners up 2nd stage and are on their way to confirming TOP 4 in their 3rd tournament with this roster. There's no other roster which has done better since then I hope you get it now .
not going to continue this conversation as your bias is clouding your judgement as 2 splits dont mean squat, and prx has done better in the last 2 stages. I cant just claim that lets say mibr are the best americas team right now because ever since zekken joined they havent lost a game, its just not enough data to back this up, its also like syaing boom is the best pacific team after they won their group stage last year.
nope it's not why will I be biased for RRQ lol if anyone is biased here it's you trying to equate 2 very different things . Zekken joined Mibr and has played twice that's it. Boom's streak you mentioned was a one time one month thing which lasted just 5 matches . RRQ with Crazyguy has now played for one whole year two whole stages and lots of others tournaments like Masters, EWC etc . How has PRX done better regionally?(we aren't talking international don't forget).

I understand the premise just fine, u just cant conceptualise what "right now" means, lets say nongshim takes first seed, that doesnt mean that they are the best pacific team right now, it just means that they beat rrq in the upper round for first seed influenced by both teams confidence, luck, consistency, sickness, favorable playstytle matchups, all players playing above their average on that specific day and so many other factors. rrq does look like a very good REGIONAL team from the last 2 splits but this is cherry picking as its last 2 splits, i could claim a team is better then them regionally bc they performed better overall in the last 4 splits or 5 splits which shows consistency more and elimates more fluctating factors.
so while i do agree that rrq have had the best results regionally in the last 2 splits this doesnt mean they are the best regional pacific team right now because we have barely even seen them play right now. lets say rrq loses their next 3 bo5s and dont make santiago, i doubt they magically just got way worse in all those 3 matches to go from 1st to 4th, the true reason is bc they were never the best pacific team regionally to begin with. Also after u said rrq are the best regional pacific team in the last 2 splits which in terms of pure results is true u then stated that they are the best pacific team which is just factually incorrect based off their international performances.
