Its start of the season. Teams are new or have new members, new map pool (that doesn't favor EMEA), new meta etc. It will take time. EMEA usually struggle the most at start anyway. If anything its better to have dark horse type teams look better than the expected top dogs right now. Post Kickoff especially I think EMEA will be very good.

What else would matter apart from trophies? Like the whole point of VCT is competing for trophies and winning and EMEA hasn't done that since 2023.
