After the new patch, it shows that Phantom is superior. If you still use Vandal stop it, switch to Phantom. Even though you might not get a kill at least you still do some damage.

Idk but I feel snappy while I'm using phantom, and more likely to get multi kills with a phantom

If you aim on vandal feel ass means you are not playing the right way yet. Vandal play way easier than using Phantom
Instead of hitting 140 with phantom I just whiff all 30 phantom bullets then take out the classic and shoot them 8 times in the feet for 140 instead
This is the literal problem people have when using Phantom. They tend to spray because "This gun meant to spray" but the secret to master this gun is just to burst and sometimes even one tap (use it like Vandal).
When I use the phantom at the range of 140, I aim for the head and then instantly flick downwards once I hit the initial headshot.

Phantom superior when holding an area under 20m. Vandal superior while taking 1v1s and long distance fights. Phantom feels superior on certain maps because of the distances in the spaces you take. In the release maps, no spaces really had longer than 20m unless they were clearly a long angle for an operator. That's why you had the overreaction of Breeze which exaggerated the space and made Vandals superior on that map.
