When I use the phantom at the range of 140, I aim for the head and then instantly flick downwards once I hit the initial headshot.

Instead of hitting 140 with phantom I just whiff all 30 phantom bullets then take out the classic and shoot them 8 times in the feet for 140 instead

At the tier 1 level, agent mastery is not as big of an issue as you think. Waylay has been out for a long time, and pros have gotten used to her. If I had to guess, every single team will be playing Waylay on multiple maps next year.

Waylay’s pathing is way more dynamic due to the fact that she can change angles while dashing, and also because she can get out instantly no matter what happens. Jett needs a buff, but to be on par with current Waylay, she’d need two updrafts, longer smokes, knives reset on right click, and only 7 orbs for her ultimate.

If you keep queuing, eventually you’ll win.
