they decide when its a rule and when its not i guess. remove the post with actual effort put into it trying to do something fun wp mods
I think it was implemented recently.
People used to bump the hell outta that "Okbotro" thread and wouldnt get banned. Recently someone kept bumping the Simp4S0m "Primmie" thread and eventually got banned and the post got locked. People overdo it here, bumping irrelevant threads constantly
