What do you guys think is the hardest role to excel in only considering pro play?
I personally think duelist or recon initiator.

a lot of pros say duelist so ig duelist
I think its because the skill gap between a top 5 duelist vs a top 15 duelist is very big but for other roles the gap would be much smaller
initiator cuz u have to set up ur team with good util so comms have to be on point also
smoke if ur igling
if ur not its oretty easy u just have to smoke and use skills here and there and thats pretty much it
Flash initiator
Like I know Duelist is hard but I think in some way it's easier to "excel" as a duelist than as a flash initiator or even recon
I think initiators, not talking about Sova or fade cause they're pretty straight forward but kayo, Skye and even breach I feel like you need a much better sense of timing, coordination and quick thinking to actually 1. Set up your team decently 2. Diff the enemy by throwing correct util at the right time.
Mechanically of course duelists are the most difficult but most agents are also forgiving with tp's, dashes, satchels, a literal shield, self heal, dismiss, etc...
Sentinels for me are the easiest but for some other people they're the hardest. It's all about timing, patience, predicting/reading your enemy and gathering info. Also I feel not everyone understands the role of a Sentinel. You constantly need to be making decisions. For example if you're holding a site, you need to decide on whether to stall as long as possible (killing enemies really isn't important here), get a kill with the help of your util and play numbers, or go all in, not leaving the site trying to do as much damages as possible. And alot of people only go for the last.
Controllers are easy, don't wanna hear none about that.
I think it would be flex if more flex players had to flex like f0rsaken does but most flex players play at most two roles and sometimes they just play one role + a few other agents sprinkled in.
