Before anything, I want to apologize for using “FULL SHIT” and “RITO” in my earlier posts/comments. That was frustration about how the players were treated, not hate toward Thailand or Full Sense. After re-reading the FrosT interview, here is what the actual issue is, in simple pointers.

The players lost leverage they already had
• FrosT said he had multiple large orgs ready to take the roster
• Those orgs were offering higher salaries
• Riot restricted the process to Thai orgs only
• That instantly put Full Sense in a stronger position and the players in a weaker one
• Result: players had to accept lower pay than what they were already offered -
Riot’s logic contradicts their past actions
• For 3 years, Talon (a Hong Kong org) represented Thailand with no problem
• Riot originally said Thai orgs were not trustworthy enough for partnership
• Suddenly, in the replacement window, they said it MUST be a Thai org
• FrosT literally calls this out as contradictory -
Crws’ situation was not just “he chose to retire”
• The interview states what he went through was unfair and heartbreaking
• Riot made things worse when he needed support
• FrosT says Crws was unable to continue his career because of how it was handled
• That goes beyond “he wanted to coach anyway” -
This was never about hating Full Sense
• The problem is how the process removed options the players already had
• Any org given exclusive access to the slot would have had the same leverage
• The players are the ones who took the hit -
VLR’s reaction missed the actual point
• People focused on defending an org instead of discussing the facts
• The interview quotes were treated as bait instead of evidence
• Downvotes does not make the source wrong (y'all don't even read stuff, just follow others like sheep, grow a spine and speak your opinion)
• The frustration was about player welfare, not org bias
That is all I was trying to say originally, just stated more clearly now. If the tone earlier ruined the point, that part is on me. But the facts from the interview support everything above.
