yes. You specifically have to empty your bank account to buy the players, start an org to replace talon.
Why BOOM? Maybe they go full Thai roster if they selected who know since they once have LoL division there

- A non-Thai org that many people suspected wanted the Thai slot >> BOOM?
- A non-Thai org not mentioned in any rumors, that has experience running a team in a lower league >> IDK JP team perhaps?
- Only one Thai org has shown genuine interest >> FS?
they have been trying to get Buriram United Esports to take over and sign the TLN roster as is
Buriram United Esports is just a speculated candidate, Riot prioritizes organizations who have had previous or current investment into the VALORANT eco-system.

PSG Esports division does not have much funding and therefore relied on partnerships like PSG.TALON in R6 & LoL, PSG.LGD in Dota and PSG.Tundra in Rocket League and most recently PSG.Vitality. The only esport they currently fully run is the roster in Honor of Kings.
You could argue they would be one of the better options as they have had a deep collaboration with TALON and could therefore acquire the roster + maybe the facility in Korea from them (or even the entire Korean legal entity of TALON to make visas easier) but they historically go for the cheapest option
HOK is the most popular game in Thailand, and all the partnered teams in the Thai HOK franchised league are the teams with the largest fan base and the most stable financial in Thailand (BRU,FS,PSG,BAC/Mith). The reason TLN was chosen as the Thai representative was that they has the second-largest fanbase in the league

I know PSG a lot, i even said in my last video that PSG was Talon aprtner and the end tof this is the probable reason why Talon got no money anymore. Part way with Talon to steal their roster would be EVIL
PSG only invests in the TLN LOL, not the entire org, and PSG in Thailand is a completely different org from TLN. They are competing, with each having its own Basecamp fans and staff
i don’t think FS will get it, they have a strong tier two roster and unless they switch them to an academy team i don’t see them dropping that roster, which i’m sure would conflict with the TLN players wanting to stay together, so maybe NKT?
That's not even a criteria I am sure they will pick Talon players and even if they don't nd believe their thai players are better Riot will have zero problems with if bcz players don't own a slot nd Riot has nowhere promised that they will keep Talon's lineup in mind while picking an org only that ideally org should be willing to have Thai roster
