It’s cultural mainly. Men spend more time playing video games and women aren’t as welcome in gaming spaces sadly. In studies where men and women were given the same amount of time to play video games no differences in skills were found
Most of them didn't play 10 hours in a day when they were 6 i think that's the issue and there less woman playing video games
apart from culture and allat, in gc specifically i wanna say macro. i wanna see an experienced tier1 coach work with a gc team. At certain point when everyone on the server can aim, its just a macro diff. its a team game after all
set plays, plans and strategies, protocols that usually the coach is responsible for. For example, on rounds where the team has both a yoru and fade ult, the coach has a play or sequence cooked up on how to exec with it.
gc teams don’t have the same resources and staff coaching-wise that a tier 1 team does, so they get macro-diffed
ehhh, GC teams in NA wish they had the resources that teams like FlyQuest Red and SR had, even with said 'resources' even Flyquest couldn't even qualify
another example, Falcons in APAC GC, unlimited oiler money and staff still didn't make it
do they though? na gc teams besides srg don't rly seem to take it seriously. more interested in treating val like it's a social engagement than a professional one and it's been that way for years. "more" coaches aren't going to help players who don't have the drive or commitment.
