Trialing players ≠ making roster moves
A team can and will trial anyone it wants, but at the end of the day, if you're a solid team with a long-standing core and the trials aren't very convincing then you're not gonna make changes. These trials are more of a "no harm in seeing what happens"
All he said is "Don’t you worry, I’ll tell you guys the whole story" which could very easily be either a) reaction bait or b) unrelated to the scrims

judging from the jonah tweet, it looks like there may have been internal issues, or possibly jonah has something going on in his life. G2 is a smart org, they know that this late into the offseason, there probably aren’t many options for replacements of any player. I am confident this wasnt just G2 wanting to replace jonahp
