awkward harbor smokes

he has just a single high tide and his cove only comes one at a time. this is awkward because if u have full util before a site execute you cant only use your rechargable cove since traditional executes use two, and then you also wouldnt combo the cove with the high tide at once because the high tide is enough on its own. so youre rarely getting the full value of a rechargeable smoke

harbor wont be viable on solo controller still and i dont believe he will bring as much stall as he could before

he is better at pairing with another traditional smoker on executes but thats kind of it

his two problems were always being awkward to play and being worse than viper, and i dont think either is helped

I think if he had 2 smokes it would be good but make it so only 1 of them per round can be shielded

Awkward to play... I guess less so now tbh, maybe making him have 2 coves mayb broken idk but i feel like 2 coves would be good for him but you only have 1 up at a time

why will my slow still affect allies

I still am skeptical. His wall is not refreshable now and he only got 1 omen smoke with 30s downtime. I think he will struggle on defense to smoke chokes to deny attackers. Also u cant do one way smokes early to contest space cuz u cant burn that single omen smoke
