Well that shows us that threads of individuals can have a large impact on the general perception of the participants
what we see here is a demonstration of biased attention.
A passionate thread titled "VOTE LAUNDRY" with nice messages throughout the thread, means that the attention to the existence of the vote is diluted towars Laundry.
