He's been an incredible player for a long time but I feel like he's kinda inconsistent on a game to game basis, and whilst he is the most flexible player in the game I feel like the only agent where his util usage feels notably good is Yoru, and even then he's been passed up now that he's not the only one playing him

Forsaken has been pretty consistent overall this year with the occasional off game, not sure what you mean by inconsistency.

His omen and fade util this year have been pretty much top tier.
