Keeps reiterating over and over again that the Head Coach should have final say on the roster because he's with the players every day. My brother in christ, please name a single other sport where head coach and GM isn't almost always separate roles

mikes was talking bad about how sen treated kaplan but nrg won champs after taking out mikes for bonkar and fns for skuba mid season
I'm just shocked that FNS has this take since he's such a big Arsenal fan. He should know how sports works
esports isn't the same as physical sports man, name one other sport where a general manager is hired to only manage five (5!!) players
yeah except they're called team principals and do more than traditional gm duties
I don't know why you think the size of the roster is relevant to this discussion. Just because you're a good* coach doesn't mean you know how to manage a roster.
*throwing Kaplan a bone here for the sake of argument
rob moore's mistakes:
not having a dedicated GM pre kaplan
not firing Kaplan before the season started
yeah manager shouldve always had final roster decision. if anything Kaplan being "with the players every day" would just make him more biased
