internet cafe culture in asia was massive a while ago so moba games were very popular and thats kinda just grown with gaming culture there
I can see a reason why Asia prefere league than occidentals, league is a team that is eavily team game, one teammate a little bit under other opponent make the game unplayable for the 8 other player in the game (My beleif if that it's impossible to have fun on this game if you dont go 5 stacks or at least 4), IIRC asian culture favorise more the collective than west, so they might be bother less by the heavy emphasis on teamplay (way more than Valo)
League has been around for a long period now and insanely popular in China especially.

Well lpl talent pool is dead. Like their young rookie talents are like 22 years old. Also after last year loss lot of sponsors left the esports scene and popularity declined so people say lpl is dying. Playerbase is still huge for the game but esports interest is declining basically.

Europe isn't just one country tho. Also it's way more competitive overall compared to league. Like there are 8 or 9 teams capable of winning a event in cs. And now Mongolia and Brazil are also competitive. While in league it's just Korea. It will survive as long as lpl can be competitive basically
For mobile legends, since some Southeast Asia countries like PH , ID, etc. don't usually have the best environment for PC gaming. They tend to play mobile games a lot. That's why it has high viewership
mobile legends' views are bloated because SEA countries looooooves mobile games. and especially indonesia.
