Next year’s Americas is gonna be the most stacked league ever, with talent all across the board.
FURIA, 100T:
Both are rebuilding their rosters.
FURIA will mostly have NA tier 2 talent and American free agents. I expect both teams to perform better than they did in the 2025 season.
KRU, LEV:
Both are swapping some pieces, mixing LATAM and Brazil.
The LATAM teams somehow managed to snag the best Brazilian players before the Brazilian orgs did (Sato, Spike, PHC, Blowz, Silentzz, Ghoul33).
G2, SENTINELS, NRG:
NRG will only make changes if s0m retires. They’re a world champion roster with the potential to dominate again next year.
G2 probably won’t make any moves; they’re always regional monsters, they just need to stop choking at internationals.
Sentinels might swap one or two players, but they’ll stay strong regionally, and if they can get their mindset right, they’ll perform much better on the international stage.
MIBR, C9, EG, LOUD:
If MIBR keeps Aspas and Verno, it doesn’t matter who else is on the roster. They’ll still be at least a top 4 team in the Americas with strong international potential, especially now that Verno has learned to balance his fragging with his IGL role.
C9 might’ve finally broken their curse. I expect minimal changes, maybe Xeppa and NeT finally end up working at McDonald’s. I see them performing slightly better than in the 2025 season.
EG and LOUD are both wildcards. They’ve got pieces with solid potential, but we’ll have to wait and see what changes come their way. (Keep an eye on Lukxo.)
My top 5 for Stage 1 of 2026: G2, NRG, MIBR, Leviatán, and Sentinels, no particular order.
Team that’s gonna surprise the most: Leviatán.
No doubt it’s gonna be a year with way more regional competitiveness than 2025. The outlook’s definitely positive.
No more FURIA or LOUD being trash, we won’t see any 0-5 teams next year.
Plus: The Ascension teams look really good, ENVY and TSM are solid, and Stellae alongside them is a strong favorite to win.
