Good on NRG but can't help but feel like 1 of 2 teams that are just better than NRG are going out tomorrow with DRX vs MIBR. At this point NRG gotta win the whole thing.

Yeah I think DRX where better there as well. Funnily enough again 2 very close maps and 1 stomp.
That was a comp diff on the first map. They took time to adapt, same could be argued about today. They get stomped on diff comps
if they were better, they’d have won
11-8 lead on both maps they lost, so many chances, none taken
Unfortunately not in a game like valorant. Its the fact that they got the leads which makes them better for me. Shouldn't be that crazy to think?
What's crazy about this is that FNC also choked a 2-0 lead in the series lmao
Far too one sided. Same for NRG. Which leaves it very likely for a team to just be really good on one half. Much different than close comebacks such as 11-8 one round goes your way and you could put them on an eco and suddenly its only a 1 round lead. Idk how you thought that was even remotely comparable to be completely honest.
"being better" also include mental factors too, how well they play as a team
the better team will come out on top in the closest, most stressful situations. how many times does nrg have to do that to be considered good.
is drx better than fnc bc they were up 10-2? were do you draw the line? bottom line the best team is the team who wins the most
I just explained where I draw the line. If you think that regardless of any factor whatsoever which ever team win is inherently the better team... even if and very extreme example... a team does a retake perfect util gets every kill in fact in a flawless but because the opposing teams brim stone had a god line up they were unable to diffuse the bomb in time. Then we simply disagree... not that big of a deal.
if the team sets up for a perfect set retake when the other team has post plant util and takes long enough for the post plant util to win the other team the round the first team is worse lmao, because they forgot to take the context of the game into account instead of just doing a set retake lmao
ur logic is genuinely stupid
loud beat optic at champs 22 going 15-13, 6-13, 16-14, and 13-5
loud won two close maps, one stomp; optic won one stomp
yet no one debates loud’s champions 2022 win… they dont’t both get trophies for being at the same level… loud was better that day… just like how nrg was better against edg, drx, gx, and now mibr…
i did lol a bit at your comment though
I don't see how so. 4 maps were played two were stomps two were close. Thats even. If NRG had also managed to stomp mibr on a map yeah I'd agree. But they didn't so those are comparable at all. Again idk how you that was comparable.
I mean yea mibr is arguable, but at the same time drx got their shit kicked in by the same NRG 💀💀 they can't be possibly better going out 0-2
if MIBR and DRX were really better then they should just win, i don’t know why everyone thinks individual skill is all that’s needed for a team to be “better”
so... nrg were better on both maps they won in both series... but the better teams lost and are getting eliminated?
