looking at your tracker, it apears like you set your focus on headshots, but headshots are worth nothing if you cant hit.
your Average damage per Round is extremly low.
i know it sounds stupid, but maybe try lowering your crosshair just a bit.
try a deathmatch with the tip i gave you.
also go into the range to practice spray control.
thats all the tips i can give you just looking at your tracker
