For the non twitter users

Someone on reddit suggested that I should be the new GM of 100T

So, since I am the obvious #1 pick for GM, here is my first plan of action for 100T Valorant 2026

#1 - Role issues will be resolved with a combination of roster changes aswell as individual player development on agents and roles.

  • Removal of kess, great player but we already have eeiu on scan & kess is in my opinion a scan player at heart.

  • Developing eeiu on flash initiator, cryocells on smokes / viper map specifically (bind / lotus etc)

  • We will be signing demon1 as our sentinel player, we want to win championships here at 100T and he is the one man available on sentinel who knows what its like to win and has the skill to actually get us there.

#2 - Strategy & Team identity

In 2025, 100T played double duelist on Haven, Bind, Lotus & Sunset

Moving forward in 2026, we will build comps that give Zander more solidified options and gameplans to call and build around.

Example comp #1:

Lotus

Zander - Omen
Demon1 - Vyse
Eeiu - Fade
Cryo - Viper
Asuna - Raze

Example comp #2:

Sunset

Zander - Omen
Demon1 - Cypher
Cryo - Sova
Eeiu - Breach
Asuna - Raze

I picked maps that would show the most extreme deviations in roles, obviously other maps would be much more simple to build comps on.

Overall, 100T 2026 would focus on rebuilding its gameplay identity, instead of making random roster changes.

asuna still on the team means nadeshot has to continue with the door knob safety covers in the gaming house for another year and frankly I think he’s sick of them

cryo sova is an insane pull

specifically on sunset, sova is extremely easy to play. Dart timings are very easy, the lineups are barely "lineups", basically the job of sova on that map is the most simple of any map in the game. which makes me wanna put cryo on sova (he played sova in the past) and eeiu on a more impactful round deciding initiator.

Counterpoint: SEN Cryocells for bang and we trade them and then bang can replace zander bc he was better anyways
Then get an init caller from tier 2

COOK COOK SAVE THIS TEAM
edit: would you have asuna be full time dive except on jett maps? if so, who plays jett between demon1 and cryo?

its only "cook" cause he has a vlr checkmark if a diff vlr user said it youd rightfully call it dumb

yes you are correct nooomy im a sucker for check marks.

also i wanna see how this whole eeiu to flash init thing goes. im a bit skeptical of the cryo sova still.

Trick pls answer, why aren’t pros like yay and demon1 good on viper when it would seemingly fit their less aggressive play style?

Lurkers need to coordinate with the gameplan of the round.

It is very easy to do this at 1:40 in the round with hella reps on the default, but as rounds progress and win conditions change, decision making also needs to change. Combine that with needing to communicate and become some what of a mid-rounder on viper, that can be what makes viper difficult.

There are other reasons and also they are probably not that bad at viper anyways, but yeah

I fuck with this but you also need Asuna on hard Yoru as well, or maybe pick up Okeanos. Not many people know Cryo first started as a Sova player. Cryo on Viper is questionable though. Zander needs to play like he did in V1/M80 or go back to Tier 2, get his lazy ass motivated cuz I know he's a beast when he's locked in.

100T Demon1 isn't too bad, but SEN Demon1 or C9 Demon1 might be better for him. Grab him quick.

You're essentially just replacing Kess with Demon1 and making Cryo learn Viper over the offseason. So I ask you, what would that have changed on any of the big Icebox games this year.

Cryo would still be Jett. Asuna would still flex to Omen/Sage. And Demon1 would be there instead of Boostio/Kess. Unless you're saying Asuna would be full time duelist...? I don't think this would've changed the results.

I think this team needed a coaching change more than anything, but with how T2 has been frying in T1, I feel like you gotta look there as a GM. You're a former T2 IGL so you obviously know more than me, but I think getting someone like Alym or Timotino to be a full-time duelist could be beneficial for the team.

I think 100T Timotino will go hard.

you gotta understand that T2 in 2025 is full micky mouse, the duelists you mentioned are talented but the only player that can hold a candle to cryo or asuna on duelist is alym on neon and he has a VERY disproportionate skill on neon vs any other duelist

That being said, looking at icebox I thin demon1 would absolutely make a huge difference, and also I do not have the information available to me to know if a coaching change needs to be made, tbh this entire thing is a bit of a guess without information from the team. However the gameplay, team structure and identity would be the priority heading into 2026 if that means changing coaches then thats what it means.

Also sidenote, you would be surprised how much better players will perform when they start winning and start developing confidence in the system

#27

you're forgetting Okeanos who dominated on Blinn and would be a huge upgrade over Asuna

as you mentioned team structure and identity is the priority heading into 2026, there has to be a major change in Coaching staff and/or couple players. Adding one player to the same roster and coaching booth is not going to shift the identity and structure significantly, even if it's a player of Demon1's caliber he is transitioning to a Sentinel role so for him the coaches are going to be the guide and with same staff you cannot expect a sudden shift in approach as what the Org is trying to change.

Demon1 & Coaching change sounds like a difference maker at least, but if you have the same HC then couple players from the team have to be changed for the team to transition into a some kind of cultural shift away from this stalemate situation.

ppl will glaze cause of the vlr checkmark but this team is unbalanced as fuck and doesnt fix any of the roster building issues that 100T have in the past, if anything it adds to them because you add Demon1 into a team with an already unflexible Cryo and keep an underwhelming duelist in Asuna when its obvious he should transition into other roles atp in his career

#33
Cael
1
Frags

cryo was a good duelist they can play double duelist tho imo i would just prefer cryo back on main and -asuna demon1 on senti

#34

Cryo is not a good raze or neon, he is a decent yoru and is good at jett/iso

nothing wrong with this but if the main thing the other guy was saying is how good tricks knowledge of t2 and t3 is, why keep the roster the exact same except for demon1 whos been t1 for years?
