the mid range talent in EU is not great and the level of structure / igling is just bad. People probs will disagree since EU is so notorious for talking about macro but in reality thats all carried by 1-2 IGLs / systems in the entire region.

I have the experience of a player who ran it down on duelist for over a year straight, then IGLd on initiator all the way into pro play, and then did nothing bust study every team and every map for 2 years while coaching over 1,000 individual players on improvement methodology. People can 100% doubt my ability as a HC since I have not done so before, but if I join a team the players will see the best individual improvement and enabling possible
