yeah I ripped my back 4 years ago now, it's good but range of motion is always an issue. It's hard I was an all rounder meaning I both batted and bowled as well. My fitness was at crazy levels. I used to be able to bowl at 87mph (140kph) which I had recorded while on tour in england. those days are over though T-T

Our striker position right now is kinda meh, lewa is aging, ferran is decent but not world class, and you've got 2 fast full backs in frimpong and kerkez and insane centre backs like van dijk konate I think you'll be fine for the most part (unless raphinha and yamal wake up and choose violence)
