As a TL fan I can confidently say no. He is not the best.
I don't find myself thinking so often that "holy shit patitek what a play" as often as I find myself thinking "holy shit trent what a play".
My statistics are just based on that.

For now, I find myself thinking "holy shit sato is insane" quite often, reminds me of prime yay (he's not yet there yet but a strong contender)
